Ingredients

  • Ingredients:

    • 1/4 cup chia seeds

    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

    • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc.)

Preparation

Directions:

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  2. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
