Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our coaching program. We strive to provide valuable and effective coaching services tailored to your needs. Below is our refund policy regarding the cancellation of scheduled sessions and personalized plan preparation: Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions: If you need to cancel a scheduled coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the session will be charged the full session fee. Refunds for Unused Sessions: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may request a refund for unused sessions. Refunds will be processed based on the number of sessions already conducted: If one or more sessions have been completed, a refund will be prorated based on the number of remaining sessions. Personalized Plan Preparation: A portion of your initial investment covers the creation and preparation of your personalized coaching plan and sessions already scheduled. In the event of cancellation before the plan is finalized, a deduction will be made to cover the time spent preparing and customizing your plan along with any sessions already used. This deduction will be calculated based on the hours invested in creating your personalized plan at a rate of $100 per hour. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request in writing. All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify our refund policy as necessary. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to you in writing.
